Would my frame tolerate & look proportionate w/ silicone mentor memory HP of 650cc, 730cc, or even 800cc? I had previous BA of 360cc HP saline 15 years ago & after four children & with constant healthy weight I'd like to go as big as aesthetically appealing to my frame while having close cleavage. Attached are photos prior to BA them prior to children and then after children (as of now). I do have plenty of skin to pinch around breast which can accommodate increase in size. Bwd13-13.5

Answer: 650-730-800cc. Would my frame fit with sizes? (Photo) Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Breast implant selection is an exciting, but stressful part of the breast augmentation process as there are so many choices. Unfortunately it is impossible to recommend the best implant style, size or shape without an in-person examination that allows for the measurement of key breast parameters, as well as permits an in-depth discussion as to your desired goals and outcome. After your previous augmentation I do think you would be able to use the desired sizes but be sure to try them on in your surgeons office so that you can have a visual representation of their appearance. Best wishes!

Answer: Breast augmentation These sizes you are referencing are very large and 800cc is the largest. Over augmenting can cause neck and back pain. These heavy implants also weight on the skin and breast fold causing increase in the nipple to breast fold distance over time.

Answer: Thanks for your question and photos… An examination in person would be required to properly evaluate you and make specific recommendations, however the sizes you inquired about in your question are considered quite large for augmentation. Large heavy implants have a predictable risk of migrating both downward and to the sides to to the natural gravitational and elastic forces over time and an active lifestyle. Please consult with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon who can advise you on all of your options. Best of luck to you.

Answer: Implant size and type Dear rockinc, breast implant type and sizing selection is a complicated process and requires a detailed consultation that includes a discussion of your goals, a detailed examination, and a lengthy discussion. But the decision will always start and end with the patient. When it comes to sizing, we have all of our patients find 3 photos of their desired breast size. We ask for naked breast photos because clothing can obscure the true size (push up bras). Next, we consult with patients and go over the photos and take detailed breast measurements during a physical exam. Next, we using a sizing algorithm to determine a range of implants that will work based on the exam and the measurements.Lastly, during the operation, we use silicone sizers in the operating room to see how the size actually looks in the breast. We sit the patient up in the operating room, while asleep of course, and compare the sizer result with their desired look photos. If it is too small, we start the process over with a slightly larger implant. We don't stop until we get the perfect match.Of all of my breast augmentation patients, every one of them has been happy with their size due to this detailed and meticulous process. You don't want to invest time and money into a result that is either too big or too small. You should discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon and make sure that your surgeon understands your goals.
