Why is there a bubble of skin between my stitching below my left breast after my mastopexy? (Photos)

ad1451
Why is the stitching under my left breast “double stitched” with a bubble of skin in between the two? The right side doesn’t have that? Just one thin line of stitching. Will this stay a bubble forever or will it heal correctly?? I am only 3 days post op. They also seem extremely misshapen and warped. I didn’t get new implants, only the lift/mastopexy,,,is this normal. Very worried
