I had my reduction about 3 wks ago.I am pleased with my results but am starting to get a little concerned since having my stitches removed.Before, I was getting a little bit of discharge which my PS explained as fat necrosis, which is common.Well after having my stitches removed, there is an area around my areola that looks like it's stretching.My PS says everything looks good.I'm getting worried because I have seen many ppl describe this as the beginning to a separation or hole near the areola.

It's hard to say what's going on without photos and more information. Although burning sensations are common after surgery, it is important that you contact your surgeon to inform him or her of any changes to your condition. Good luck.
