You're actually asking several different questions here, so I'm going to break them apart: How long after giving birth can you have a breast reduction? Your breasts need to return to their pre-pregnancy size as much as they're going to before having reduction surgery. I usually recommend patients wait 6 months after they have stopped breastfeeding. How long after giving birth can you have liposuction? You want to be as close to your pre-pregnancy weight as possible, and you need to give your body time to heal. A minimum of 6 months is necessary, longer if you are still trying to lose weight. How long after an abortion can you have breast surgery or liposuction? In my practice, I recommend my patients have a normal menstrual cycle and get clearance from their Ob-gyn prior to having elective surgery after an abortion.Hope that clears things up for you a bit.

However, the farther you are out from pregnancy, the more stable your body/breast shape becomes, and it makes the surgical result more predictable and last longer. I typically recommend waiting 6 months to allow the breasts to settle. Best of luck!
Thanks for the question. After 4-6 weeks your operation area is totally healed and yes you can do exercising and also do other sport activities. I wish you all the best.
Patients with very large breasts usually have a significant glandular component to the breast mound which is resistant to any weight loss. More than likely the only solution to your problem is breast reduction.
