I had BA 6 months ago and after my healing process and since my implants have dropped I am noticing that the shape of my natural breast on top of my implant looks strange. My breasts do not look round. Instead, you can see my natural breast tissue sitting on top of my round implant. I have 335cc, moderate profile, unders. Is this common? I had tiny breasts to begin. Will massaging fix this? I feel as if the implants have settled too low. Opinions? Thoughts? I'm worried.
Answer: Why does my natural breast not blend well with my implant? You can see where one ends and the other begins Without examining you or seeing the before photos its difficult to be 100% sure, but it looks like you had an undiagnosed tuberous breast deformity. This would require special release of the tissues to allow the implant and breast to blend together. Unfortunately massage won't fix this. If this is something that really bothers you then I would suggest having an in-person consultation by a local breast implant revision expert to be properly assessed. Hope that helps!

Answer: Bottoming Out? Based on your pictures, it does appear that your implants have bottomed out a little on both sides. This makes them appear more natural, but does lead to a loss of fullness and volume in the upper pole. You may benefit from doing two things - change to a more projecting implant ( Moderate Plus Xtra or HP) and an internal capsullorhaphy (internal bra per say) to reinforce and elevate the implant position. The best thing to do is to have a few consultations with board certified plastic surgeons and see what they recommend. I hope this helps.

Answer: Why does my natural breast not blend well with my implant? You can see where one ends and the other begins (Photo) Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Unfortunately without an in-person examination it is difficult to offer definite results. That said it appears that your implants have settled a bit too low on your chest, or have "bottomed out." This can be improved upon but requires a surgical revision. I would discuss this diagnosis with your surgeon in order to have the best recommendations made.

Answer: Why does my natural breast not blend well with my implant? You can see where one ends and the other begins Thank you for your question. Preop photos would be helpful. Can based on the side view it appears that there is a constriction underneath the nipple areola which may indicate that you had some elements of tuberous breast before your surgery. If this is the case then a release of the constricted tissue may be necessary. I would urge you to consult your plastic surgeon and discuss your options.
