Why is the skin on my breasts so extremely hypersensitive to touch?

Had a reduction 3 weeks ago and I can not stand my clothing touching my breasts. It feels like wool rubbing on them, prickly and burning sensation. Is this the nerves regenerating, how long will it last and what can I do to help before I go insane?
