I had an open rhinoplasty 1.5 years ago to make my bridge less convex to more concave and feminine. A week ago I got an alarplasty for the nostrils to fit the new bridge. Since my last procedure I’ve been feeling very nostalgic for my older nose. I’m half Arab and feel like my new nose doesn’t look like me. I went to top surgeons, the new nose is done very well. But I’m sad and concerned since now my tip is the heaviest part of my nose, not my bridge, it just makes me look bland. Is this normal?
