3 weeks post-op with rib cartilage, my nose is very crooked. What can I do to fix this? (photo)

I recently got my revision rhinoplasty done and the surgeon did a great job the only thing that is bothering me is that it looks a bit crooked. He keeps telling me to be patient that it will take time to heal. But I feel as I am no longer swollen and it looks crooked. He said I have to wait 6 months and then we can fox these minor issues? what do you suggest? I need another opinion. Do you think this will fix with time?

At 3 weeks, your nose will change some even if the swelling is not severe.  Even if an adjustment is eventually needed,  it could not be considered for 6-12 months.  I would trust your surgeon to give you the best care and continue to follow up with him/her.

Hello, Thank you for your question and provided photos, It is true you are with  3 weeks post-op in early healing process and having edema and swelling and you will have them until you see the final result this process as a part of healing. Due to swelling your nose seems crooked, you need to wait then after totaly healed you can undergo a rhinoplasty procedure to improve your nose, you need to seek an exprienced Surgeon.Regards,

It is too soon to evaluate your results just 3 weeks after revision rhinoplasty. We can never guarantee results when operating on the human body but I can guarantee that you have swelling 3 weeks after your operation. Be patient and continue to follow-up with your surgeon.
