I have been looking to do what is called a "Tickle liposuction" I have 2 kids, 33 years old, 5'2" and 135lbs. I have always had a belly (and weird shape on it) doesnt matter how skinny or how much I weight. I do not want a Tummy Tuck because of the scar and because I am known to form Keloids in them. I have never had any procedure done and im looking to do it in my stomach and flanks/love handles. Will I have a lot of saggy skin? Is there anything else I can do for that? Thank you for your advice!
Answer: VASER Hi Definition Liposuction / Body Contouring with Fat Grafting and Tummy Tuck To get improvement you need liposuction and skin removal. You have too much loose skin to get good improvement with liposuction alone. Please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Results of Liposuction Hi Pauli3,Thank you for your question and photos. I do agree with the comments below in that choosing an experienced and highly trained surgeon is more important than the latest type of liposuction. Have a checklist for your surgeon's training, qualifications, and the experiences of previous patients. You want to know if the surgeon has had previous problems. You would be a good candidate for tumescent liposuction using local anesthesia for the upper/lower abdomen and hips. With tumescent liposuction small incisions are made (1.5 mm) as access sites for the microcannula versus larger incisions in traditional liposuction. These tiny incisions disappear without scars after tumescent liposuction. Once the fat is removed the skin will retract nicely with tumescent liposuction. Best of luck with your search and procedure!

Answer: Liposuction and Tummy Tuck Hello,You probably don't form keloid scars and you don't know how an incision from a tummy tuck or any other surgery will look based on a scar somewhere else on your body.More important then the machine (Tickle Lipo) is the man (surgeon); don't get confused by hype. You need to look for a highly experienced surgeon that has been doing a lot of liposuction for a long time.A properly placed abdominoplasty scar will be virtually inconspicuous with time, but the result will be far superior to liposuction alone and last a lifetime. Please visit ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons that specialize in body contouring. Best of luck!

Answer: Realistic Expectations Thank you for your question. I agree with several of the other surgeons; the "Tickle Lipo" or any other marketing term is not substantially different from other forms of liposuction. Liposuction removes fat; it does not tighten skin. You can expect to see some improvement on your flanks and you can have some subcutaneous fat removed from your abdomen, but based on the images you sent, you have loose skin on your abdomen that will only be further exaggerated after subcutaneous fat is removed. If you know this ahead of time and still do not want to go forward with an abdominoplasty, you might be satisfied with liposuction. I just always stress the importance of realistic expectations to patients ahead of time so patient satisfaction after surgery is high. You are a great candidate for a tummy tuck, and even if you experience keloids, there are treatments (laser, steroid injections, silicone sheeting, to name a few) that I've seen help tremendously with keloid scars. Best of luck.

Answer: Liposuction for improved tummy contour #plasticsurgery #liposuction You appear to be a good candidate for tumescent liposuction of the abdomen, waist and hips. The 'tickle' descriptor is a marketing term and has zero impact on the type of cosmetic result you can expect. Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon with hundreds of liposuction cases for the best possible cosmetic result.
