I have had multiple pregnancies and also breastfed my babies. I am 5' 8" and around 175 lbs. My pre surgery bra size was around a 36 B small C and now I am a 36 D/DD. I really wish I had gone bigger. I definitely had a different image in my head going into this. I never wanted HUGE fake looking breasts but these don't seem very full to me. Thoughts? My surgery was done on Aug. 31, '15.
Answer: Size Change After Breast Augmentation. From your photos it appears that you have a very nice, early result. You could do well to stick with what you have. It is a good idea to make a priority list as to why you are 'not happy'. You list 'desired larger size'. Anything else? I encourage all patients who want a size change to wait at least six if not 12 months before changing. You can certainly put in larger implants if that is your wish. On a lateral photo it appears that your left breast is slightly down below your inframammary fold and this could be corrected at the same time.

Answer: Breast Revision You should visit your plastic surgeon and discuss breast revision options if you are not happy with your results. It is recommended to wait 3-6 months before considering a revision. If you need a second opinion, consult with a board certified plastic surgeon!

Answer: They look fine Bizzy Mommy: You do appear to have a bit of fullness in the lower pole of one of your breasts while your arms are raised but this doesn't necessarily represent a problem. Animation deformities like this are common in implants placed under the muscle which I'm assuming yours are. While at rest I do not see this same deformity so I probably wouldn't address it. Of course an in person exam would be required to confirm this.If it's mainly the size you are unhappy with, your implants could be exchanged for larger ones whenever you so desire.Best of luck to you.G. Answer: Do I have any options for a BA that I'm not happy with? Suggestions? Thoughts? I am sorry to hear about your disappointment after breast augmentation surgery. Certainly, increasing breast size further is possible. Keep in mind as you are thinking about achieving your goals that sometimes adjustment of the breast implant pockets (capsule adjustments) may be necessary to achieve the outcome you are looking for. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "up a cup size” or "DD cup" or "very full" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your chosen plastic surgeon to work with you in determining the best plan to achieve your goals. I hope this, and the attached link (dedicated to revisionary breast augmentation surgery concerns), helps. Best wishes.

Answer: Go larger Not knowing what size implants were placed, I would suggest going larger and wider. This will help you achieve better cleavage and hopefully meet you size. You have a minor fold issue that can be addressed at the time of your second surgery.Best Wishes,Nana Mizuguchi
