Best method to get a snatched waist?

What is the best lipo method as of 2020 to sculpt the waist down to achieve a more snatched waist? I would like to note that I do not need a tummy tuck. After lipo, what is the best way to tighten the skin as well?

You need a formal evaluation by an expert in body shaping and contouring to determine what is best. Traditional liposuction awake and smart liposuction are old methods and do very poorly for tightening skin or significant skin tightening or contouring. Small problem areas can be improved slightly by these methods. The best in body contouring not only removes fat with energy devices like VASER ultrasound but also internally heat the skin with radio-frequency devices such as J PLASMA/RENUVION, InMode BodyTite, ThermiRF to heat the under surface of the skin and tighten it at the same time as fat removal. These combinations are called 4D HIDEF VASER contouring and can only be done by a well . trained body contouring specialist. At the same time fat should be harvested, PRP and stem cells added and injected into muscles or indentations/cellulite to get body shaping and contouring. This is known as a Brazilian butt lift when you inject the fat to the buttock for contouring and lifting, but fat can also be used in areas such as the chest/breast, arms/shoulders, calves and face. Cellulite should also be treated with cellfina, sculptra, subcision and/or fillers such as bellafill, renuva synthetic fat, or sculptra. If skin is very loose before surgery then it will need to be removed such as lower abdominal skin (tummy tuck/abdominoplasty), breast skin (breast lift), arm skin (brachioplasty). Overall you need a full assessment, but simple liposuction alone will not tighten skin and needs a combination of various methods -- fat removal, skin tightening, defining, fat grafting, skin removal -- to get the best in body contouring and body sculpting. The single variable that matters when it comes to Liposuction is who does the procedure.
The tools used or technology is for the most part spin and hype.
The amount of change possible is directly related to how much fat someone has to work with.
VAS ER can remove fat faster and potentially in a more aggressive manner. this device can lead to excellent results and it’s probably the only device that is truly different than other forms of Liposuction such as laser Liposuction,  Power assisted Liposuction, water jet Liposuction etc. etc.
While VAS ER can aggressively remove fat it is also the device that has caused the most and the worst disfigurement of patients when done by providers who lack experience, skill or proper training.
In the end all Liposuction is done with traditional Liposuction using a thin stainless steel cannula connected to a source of vacuum. 
When VASER  is done the fat is still removed using traditional Liposuction. VAS ER is simply an ultrasound probe passed through the fat before traditional Liposuction.
The same is true for laser liposuction such as smart Lipo.
In that case the laser is put through the fat before traditional Liposuction.
There are only two variables that make a difference. These are getting an accurate assessment to confirm someone is a good candidate and secondly having the procedure done by a talented experienced board-certified plastic surgeon.
If you chase the technology then you will miss what’s important which is to find the best provider.
We don’t choose mechanics based on what brand tools they use or carpenters based on what brand hammers they use.
Plastic surgery is the same.
No plastic surgeon is going to be without the tools they need to do their job correctly.
If one device was truly superior we would all be using it.

It is hard to answer your questions without a consultation or any photos. That being said, a snatched waist can typically be achieved using high defintion VASER liposuction, tummy tuck, and BBL. Given you comments, you would likely benefit from high defintion VASER liposuction of the flanks and a BBL. Renuvion skin tightening is often coupled with these procedures to improve the aesthetics of your results. If you are a good candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), the optimal outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes have demonstrated over 95% fat graft take. This means that your results will be stable as long as you maintain your weight.
