I have horrible Milia and Syringoma around both of my eyes, I am wondering what kind of lasers might be helpful to me? (Photo)

I am also very fair and have sensitive skin. Cauterization has not been very effective for me, as many derms don't want to treat so close to the eye. (I also have them on my eyelids) Many creams and lotions make my eyes swollen

Adding more volume to upper eyelids would be beneficial. Although fat injection is an option, filler injection is much more predictable and precise.

It is not uncommon for bruising  to spread into the lower face following eyelid surgery. If you have any concerns I am sure your surgeon has a physician covering in their absence and I would reach out to that individual. Contact your doctor's office and they should be able to help arrange that.

While I completely agree that over resection of lower eyelid fat is not good, your result seems so ultra-conservative that there is little to no change. From my experience, there is way more fat to give with either removal or repositioning (depending on your cheek volume). You do seem to have ...
