What can I do to make my eyes more masculine and aesthetic? (photo)

Question

I've been told I have feminine eyes by multiple people. One person told me "It's a shame you were born a man with those pretty eyes". I want them to look more masculine. I'm thinking I should have fat transferred to my upper eyelids to make them more "hooded", and I should have a canthoplasty to make my eyes narrower and to make my canthal tilt more positive. What do you think? Would those procedures help me out?

Adding more volume to upper eyelids would be beneficial. Although fat injection is an option, filler injection is much more predictable and precise.

Thank you for your photo. You have large striking tound eyes with stand-out color. This may cause people to say that you have "pretty" eyes. A small amount of filler placed in the upper eyelids may help give you a more square eye frame. I would avoid canthoplasty or any attempt to adjust the positions of your eye structures as this can seriously reduce the function and natural look of your eyes. Hope this helps!Johnson C. but your color is not... so consider colored contact lenses to change your eye color.  Not sure why you have scleral show on the bottom lids where the whites of your eye are visible so would want to know if you had any prior eye procedures.  If your forehead is smooth with the frontal bossing, consider creating a ridge if you feel that is a masculine thing.  I see nothing wrong with a smooth, flatter forehead.  This is just a different opinion from surgery... darkening those eyes would do a lot to take attention away from your eyes.
