I had FL/NL done in May 2014. I was left with a fat deficiency in the submental triangle which my surgeon tried to fix with FT in Dec. 2014. It is now 3 mos. post-FT and the area looks much as it did before (but bumpier now). I’ve seen 1 other surgeon who says the only true fix for this will be a revision platysmaplasty. Original plat was anterior (not corset) using a 4-0 Monocryl (does that matter?) What should I ask my surgeon to try next? Thank you.
