I have a weird fat neck with lines and creases and im not really overweight but I'm not underweight either lol and it's really been a insecurity thing my whole life and I wanna know what to do??

A necklift may be able to help you but it needs to be precisely done bearing in mind your specific problem. A real visit is needed to make the determination of what you would need. If your clavicles are uneven chances are (unfortunately) the procedure will not give you long lasting results.
