Is it possible to disguise uneven neck muscles?

Hi there, I have an unusual problem in that my neck muscles (scm) are really uneven. My left side sticks right out whereas the right side doesn't. My collar bones are quite uneven and I think this is what is causing the problem... It is not causing me any health issues, just affecting my self esteem a lot. I can't wear my hair up ever and I wear scarves and high necks even in the summer. I know I cannot change this but wondering if it possible to disguise it?
