I can tell you that Cellfina is one of the best options for eliminating the dimpling of cellulite. It works by releasing the bands underneath the skin that pull the dermal layers inward and create the dimpled appearance. However, you may benefit more from a combination of procedures that includes Cellfina, so you can address possible skin laxity and other concerns. Cellfina is the best treatment for cellulite -- but a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement. I recommend Cellfina in combination with Sculptra injections and body treatments like Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Cellutone/ZWave. If you have any dimples on the buttocks, these can be improved with a combination of fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP, fat grafting, and surgery.
For patients who are also looking for fat reduction, contouring, skin tightening and definition, we often suggest a VASER HI DEF liposuction procedure to get the most toned result. based on your photos you really have more laxity than you have cellulite and you would need a combination to get improvement.  you also have a double fold of your buttock roll that would need skin removal or implant to get improvement.

In order to assess whether you are a good candidate for Cellfina I encourage you to consult your doctor as they can make the most thorough assessment possible in person. Generally, the best candidates are those at a stable weight between the ages of 20 and 65. Dramatic weight gain or weight loss can affect your results, as can the presence of a lot of excess skin laxity. If your doctor does assess that you are a good candidate, Cellfina could be very effective and is also a minimally invasive procedure. Results typically last for 3 years and may be noticeable in as little as 3 days.

Cellfina is able to best treat dimpling cellulite, not linear cellulite. It is difficult to say from just these photos but please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine if you are a good candidate.
