Question

Hello, my chin is very uneven, appears to push to the right side, I’m looking for more symmetry. I’m wondering would I have to have v line and fat transfer to achieve this. Looking for more even ness in my downturned eyes, fat transfer, but my chin jaw line is my main concern. I have had filler, but I don’t want to dissolve because of stories. The unevenness was there beforehand as well. I was looking to lessen it, instead it was pronounced. Looking for a softer look. What is recommended ….

It appears that your chin is shifted slightly to the right. If you draw a line along your facial midline, you’ll notice there is more chin volume on the right side compared to the left. The right chin point also appears slightly longer, contributing to the asymmetry.While fat grafting could be used with limited effect to help camouflage these concerns, a genioplasty would be a better and more permanent solution. It allows the chin to be recentred to the midline, correct asymmetries, and refine any bony irregularities for a more balanced and harmonious lower face.You may also consider surgical or non-surgical lower face/neck skin-tightening procedures to further improve jawline and neck definition, depending on the degree of skin laxity.
