Reverse Facial Fat Transfer - is transferred fat more difficult to get rid of? (photos)

5 years ago a surgeon convinced me to have a fat graft in my pre jowl sulcus. He didn’t put the far there, he put it in the jowl area. I’ve been seeing a fantastic surgeon & he’s tried face tight, lipo & most recently kybella. None of these have gotten me back to where I was before the fat graft. Is transferred fat more difficult to get rid of? Why would these 3 procedures not eliminate what was grafted? Also, since the kybella I have 2 spots that seem like a few layers of skin are gone.
