Question

23(f) in the past 2 years i’ve accumulated a lot of excess skin at my jaw and the fat that once sat on my cheekbones is slowly sinking to form jowls and a double chin. can fat be transferred from jaw into cheekbones? i’m considering liposuction for my submental fat and i really miss the fullness of my cheeks. would there be a better or more permanent solution to my premature sagging? i’m also getting masseter botox and laser resurfacing, ideally i’d avoid a full facelift

Thank you for your photos.  I do think fat transfer to the cheeks and upper third of the face would improve the Harmony of the facial aesthetics.  The lower third of the face is wide due to your jaw.  Removing fat from the jaw is not the proper way to slim the jawline.  This tissue is mainly muscle and bone.  Botox to the masseter muscle will shrink it and slim the jawline.  This is a very safe and effective way to shrink the jawline.  I also think addition of fat to the cheeks will also improve the dimensions by making the lower third of the face appear less wide.
