Eye or eyebrow ptosis? (Photo)

Question

Always noticed a little unevenness but now it’s bothering me. As I do more research I feel I like I am seeing ptosis , maybe brow ptosis and I think it’s congenital , I was premature. Best fix options ?

The best way to correct this asymmetry would be to lower higher eyebrow. This can be achieved with Botox. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended; do not use an injector since this problem requires more understanding of underlying anatomy and muscle balance. You should be able to get an assessment regarding eyelid position from any ophthalmologist.
All people have facial asymmetry.
The asymmetry is primarily based on bone structure.
Your left eye socket sits higher than the right side.
This is true for most people.
This also causes the left eyebrow to sit higher than the right side.
 in regards to Ptosis each eye should be measured individually.
If you try to line up the two eyelids, they will not match because the eyeballs are not lined up because of skeletal structure which again is normal
Your eyelid position, and how it appears in pictures will vary greatly based on what angle you tilts your head.
If this bothers you enough that you’re willing to have surgery then Consult with oculoplastic surgeons in your community.
This type of work is also sometimes done by plastic surgeons and facial plastic surgeons.
I don’t see a strong indication for surgical intervention.
