Is it possible for me to get rounder eyes?

Hi! 18F, I was wondering if it was possible to get or get close to having bigger eyes. I am told my eyes are sharper, and I dislike how dull they look. I want my eyes to look more youthful and ingenue, and also a soft feminine look to them. If so, what procedures would get a decent result?
