For as long as I can remember as an adult (I'm now 40), my nose pores have been large. My wife of 10 years said my nose purrs have looked the same all our marriage. My plastic surgeon asked if I had rhinophyma before my nose job, but 2 dems who have began treating my recent onset mild rosacea didn't mention any concerns about my nose. Is this likely rhinophyma? If not what's the best and safest way to reduce these pores and smooth skin?
