Answer: Coolsculpting for flanks You are a great candidate for Coolsculpting of your flanks. I recommend you go to a clinic that is very experienced with Coolsculpting for a consult. Depending on how the applicator fits, you may need more than one session, and as well, often the flanks extend a little around the back, so you may want sessions in that area as well. At a consult, after you are examined in person, a full treatment plan can be outlined for you.

Answer: Get a consultation Patients often look different in person to a photograph, and there are other factors to consider. You look like a great candidate for CS, but Emsculpt NEO might also be an option over two cycles of CS - Combo treatments work amazingly well - The benefit being that Cooolsculpting will sculpt while Emsculpt NEo will also reduce fat and build muslce tone simultaneously. Some great options, but find a clinic that will consult you correctly and work with them to get the outcomes you are looking for.
