I would like to get it done on my flanks. Do I need two sessions or could I potentially do just one?

coolsculpting is generally recommended to complete in a series of 2 treatments spaced out 4-6 weeks apart. From the images, it does look as if you would be a candidate to treat the flanks. However, an in person consultation will be necessary to determine a true treatment plan.  There is a process in the face to face consultation that we will measure and mark up determining how many applicators will be necessary for an effective treatment. You are a great candidate for Coolsculpting of your flanks.  I recommend you go to a clinic that is very experienced with Coolsculpting for a consult.   Depending on how the applicator fits, you may need more than one session, and as well, often the flanks extend a little around the back, so you may want sessions in that area as well. At a consult, after you are examined in person, a full treatment plan can be outlined for you. 
Liposuction is also a good option for you, however that will require more down time.

I would say that you appear to be a good candidate for CoolSculpting of the flanks, but an examination of you would ultimately be needed to know for sure.  I would plan on two treatment sessions.

Patients often look different in person to a photograph, and there are other factors to consider. You look like a great candidate for CS, but Emsculpt NEO might also be an option over two cycles of CS - Combo treatments work amazingly well - The benefit being that Cooolsculpting will sculpt while Emsculpt NEo will also reduce fat and build muslce tone simultaneously. Some great options, but find a clinic that will consult you correctly and work with them to get the outcomes you are looking for.
