Numbness and tingling of my fingers after a 360 + BBL, why?

What you are describing is an ulnar nerve issue.  Whether it was secondary to something you had in the background going into surgery or from arm position intraoperatively is unclear.  Acute bilateral symptoms are much less common.I would first try some anti-inflammatory medications like;  Motrin, Advil, Naprosyn, Aleve, Aspirin etc.  If after several days of 2-3 time a day dosing it does not improve, you should follow up with your PMD for their evaluation and possible physical medicine and rehab referral for their input and possible testing.Best of luck.Dr T

The most common nerve damaged from General Anastasia is the Ulnar nerve. This nerve gives sensation it to the two fingers you've described. Sometimes patients are not given proper padding or proper arm positions during surgery with general anesthesia when patients lay on their back will developed this. Still, even when proper padding is used patients can get a neurapraxia or numbness in this area. The good news is this will completely resolve with time.
 This can take weeks to a few months to resolve depending on how long pressure was placed on the Ulnar nerve.
 The nerve runs or along the back of the elbow and this is where it gets pressure  when people are laying on their back under General Anastasia.
 I suggest you bring this to the attention of your plastic surgeon.
