Can you add skin to nasal tip? (Photo)

Original156870
I know this is a peculiar question but I had a peel and samples sent home with me (Dermalogica in Bologna, Italy) 9 months ago. For a while there was swelling and redness (nasal tip) and now it just looks smaller or "buffed". I see my bone and cartilage unaffected but the skin on the nasal tip is just not the same height and width. I'm hoping something like a skin graft would be possible to regain what was accidentally over-exfoliated in this freak incident. Thank you so much!!
