Unfortunately, the photos that you posted appear distorted when they are opened. In that regard, based on the thumbnail photos, I don't see any obvious asymmetries or abnormalities. Perhaps consider asking a question with better photographs. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
You have a bulbous tip and swelling. You would at minimum benefit from a tip rhinoplasty. Your photographs are very limited. You may also benefit from other procedures done at the same time. I would need better photographs that show your entire face to give you a more accurate answer.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos there may be a trauma-related damage or you may have a deviation problem. you need to have an ent examination for this.It would be better face to face consultation.Best Regards!
Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.Best wishes and good luck.Richard G.
