2 Months Post-op: Is a Mild Nose Bleed After Cleaning and Blowing my Nose Normal?

After blowing my nose because of stuffiness,I clean it with Q tips and there is always blood on the Q tip, is it normal? Is it normal that I cannot breath properly 3 months post op?

It would take a fairly significant blow to the nose to damage a rhinoplasty after a week.  Minor trauma to the nose is of no consequence and your're cognizant of it because you just had surgery.

The best way to treat this would be to excise (cut) it and repair the wound. If it involves any significant amount of tissue you may have to perform the same on the opposite side.
