I'm 18, and I've always been insecure about my breast shape. I started to think positively about my breasts, and then I heard about a deformity called Tuberous Breasts, and I thought mine looked similar. I was wondering if I had a mild case.
Answer: Tuberous breasts come in many different forms
You do have some features of a tuberous breast butmany of your proportions and shape are completly natural. Women with a more triangular breast shape and more prominent nipple areolar complexes like yours are very common. The breast shape will often appear less triangular when the areolar and nipple skin contracts. Surgery is not indicated or required.
Tuberous breasts have a number of features that includes various degrees of tight or constricted lower portions in addition to more dilated and prominent areolae. If you ever consider breast enhancement surgery, a careful discussion with your Plastic Surgeon about options and limitations will be important. My advice would be to continue to think positively about your breasts as you do not have a "deformity" that needs correction.

Answer: Tubular breasts? Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another. See the below link on some suggestions on finding the most qualified Plastic Surgeon for a Breast Augmentation. Always insist on a board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Avoid the Lollipop and Boat Anchor incisions used in the past
Your breasts are asymmetrical and tuberous. You would benefit from a new procedure called The Mini Ultimate Breast Lift. Using only a circumareola incision it is possible to reshape your breast tissue and move them more medial to increase cleavage and higher to create upper pole fullness. However, you have asymmetry and the left appears smaller than the right. If you want to be larger, you will also need implants. This can all be done at the same opeation without the lollipop or boat anchor shaped scars that have been used in the past.
Best Wishes,

Answer: You Do Have Tubular Breasts, But Wait For Further Development To See If It Resolves Itself
Judging from your photos, you do have tubular breasts, though it is mild. This is apparent particularly in the side profile shot, where you can see that there is constriction around the areola/nipple. This constriction is caused by a fibrous ring of tissue which prevents your breasts from expanding sideways, to "fill out" your breasts and become wider in diameter. The breast tissue herniates through the areola area as a result which is what creates the tubular appearance.
At 18 years old, your breasts may still be developing (though not as dramatically as before). You may want to wait a little while longer to see if your breasts will change in shape.

Answer: Tuberous Breasts
Yes it appears you do have tuberous breasts. It affects the right breast more than the left breast. I would say that you have a moderate case. The treatment usually involves the use of implants to provide volume and shape as well as some correction of the breast tissue that is constricted and bulging in the areola.
