Is It Possible to Get Peri Areolar Reduction Semi Covered Through Insurance?

I'm trying to get my insurance to cover part of a peri areolar reduction. I was examined by a surgeon and told I have semi tuberous breasts that can be easily fixed through peri areolar reduction. Tuberous breasts are considered a deformity from what I've read. Should I be looking for a therapist to explain my situation and prove this deformity to be emotionally crippling?

Thanks for the good posted photos! If only desire correction of the tubing. Than one or 2 operations could correct. But if you want increased size with implant than may take 3 operations. Seek in person evaluations from boarded PSS in your area.

Judging from your photos, you probably have a very mild case of tuberous breast deformity that would not prevent you from breastfeeding.

Thanks for the question. You are a good candidate for an breast augmentation procedure. As you have enough breast tissue, gel-filled anatomical implants about 250-350cc can be used. Using implants will be the best decision for you. I wish you all the best.
