Strange "bump" at the end of blepharoplasty scar - advice? (photos)

I had a blepharoplasty in December and the doctor made 2 incisions. One on the eyelid and the other one just below my eyebrow. This second incision has a strange bump at the end, which makes me look like a strange creature, not human. I have been to my doctor who minimizes this and says that he could "cut me open to look what it is". But I don't want another surgery if it's not needed. I have been to another doctor who says it's simply scar tissue and I have to wait.
