I have two very different eyes- in photos it almost appears like one is significantly bigger than the other. One has is much more tapered while the other is like a triple lid. Is symmetry able to be achieved through a bilateral bleph if there isn't any to start with? Additionally, is it possible to just do it on one eye so it matches the other?
