Eyebrows have an "angry look" - would I be a good candidate for a Brow Lift?

I'm a 24 years old woman who has always had a bit of an "angry look". I'd like to look more beautiful and serene in my appearance, and a bit less bitter. Am I a good candidate for brow lift? Would higher brows make my face too long, or change for the worse the proportions in my face?
