results so far, i’m thinking about a second surdery, please tell me when is the best time to do the second procedure? Is it better to do second procedure before healing procces is over? When is the best time to do it? and in your opinion what is the right amount of skin that should be removed

Hello cupcakeYou are still in the early recovery stage, i would advice you wait to see the the final result. You should visit or contact you plastic surgeon about his concern.

It really depends on what you are looking to achieve.  When doing larger lifts (or two staging it) I find its better to wait a few months for things to heal (and for the muscle and tissue to settle down underneath).  However, this is limited and depends on how much was taken.  When a very conservative lip lift is done, you can do a revision or tuck up much sooner than that. I suggest you discuss your concerns with your surgeon.  Best of luck!
