Your sulcus mentalis, or chin fold, should improve with filler placed there by an experienced injector. There are numerous products that do well here, what is best for you will depend on your individual anatomy. To ensure you are receiving the highest level of care, seek out a modernly trained, new-school dermatologic surgeon, oculoplastic surgeon, facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon who is board certified and fellowship trained in one of these "core four" cosmetic specialties. Membership in organizations like the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery help to identify a highly trained surgeon.

Thank you for your photo. Due to its smoothness, some people prefer the results of Juvederm wherever the skin is very thin. Although Juvederm can last for up to a year, the length of results depends on the area being treated, with lips lasting the shortest. Hyaluronic acid fillers give smooth, natural-looking results.
