Any dietary supplements should be reported to your surgeon prior to liposuction. It will be the surgeon's decision whether or not they need to be stopped prior to the procedure.

The risks far outweigh the benefits of taking this supplement before undergoing any surgery.  This supplement can have serious side effects while taking pain medications and has been linked with liver disease and kidney disease. First and foremost plastic surgery should be safe. Best wishes.
