Thank you for the pictures and questions. I am very sorry to see this result. Although you did not provide specific details, I will assume that you had liposuction using a heated source for treatment. With this type of device, one has to be very careful with the depth of treatment and the duration of treatment because if there is too much heat energy transferred to the skin, there can be damage to the skin.Unfortunately, once this damage is done, there is not much that can be done to reverse it. I would submit that the person who performed your procedure was not familiar with the technique and was of questionable qualification to be performing this type of surgery. I would seek a consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon to be evaluated. They can examine your burns and advise you on how to proceed properly. This will require prolonged local wound care and even possibly surgery for excision of the burns and skin grafting vs closure, either of which will likely result in a scar. Best of luck to you and please be careful out there!
I can see you have some skin necrosis, but I cannot tell you the reason for that. If you got liposuction and a device like with laser or ultrasound technology was used, then that may be the reason for the skin necrosis, it also can be from aggressive liposuction, but there are many factors that can increase the chances of getting this problem, like smoking after the surgery, a very tight compression garment, too much sweeling after the procedure, etc. You need to discus your concerns with your surgeon for a better answer and care of your problem.
I assume this is after liposuction. The most common cause for burns is the use of an energy source with the liposuction. All energy sources generate heat, heat can burn. Now you have significant burn, need to be under the care of the plastic surgeon to treat the burn till this heals . it might take 6-12 weeks for healing. and after that need scar treatment and revisions
