Considering microneedling. Can I have it done if I have Von Willebrands?

I am a 46 year old female who has Von Willebrands, pre op I take DDAVP and post op Tranexamic acid otherwise unless I am Having surgery I have no symptoms. Curious if anyone has experience with micro needling and someone with Von Willebrands. If it’s typically avoided or may be no different than precautions when getting Botox (possible bruising or slight bleeding after injections). Thank you.
