As a 58 year old, I was told this microneedling procedure would be the best procedure to makes my wrinkles disappear. I have having second thoughts and m procedure is set for today. I am also doing the Alma skin tightening procedure in between the microneedling. So far, I have only done the Alma and love those results.

At 58 years old I believe you might need other techniques along with microneedling to treat wrinkles. At your age you will benefit from Botox and fillers alongside with microneedling. You need to consult with an experienced physician and discuss your options.

Once our patients hear about their non-invasive options available, no on chooses the trauma and downtime of microneedling. I'm not sure what Alma skin tightening treatment you are doing, but it sounds like your skin is improving. If the wrinkles are caused by muscle movement, we would recommend BOTOX/XEOMIN to minimize the movement. After that, you may need some volume replacement with dermal fillers. Lastly, you should took for some RF (Radio Frequency) bulk heating skin tightening. Pelleve feels like a nice warm rock massage that is pain free and has no downtime. Look for a doctor's office with lots of treatment options and excellent reviews. I hope this helps.
