Should Skin on Nose and Forehead Stretch out and Seperate from Underlying Structure After Brow Lift? (photo)

It seems that the tail of your eyebrows have a bit of an exaggerated arch right now. With time that should settle . Did your surgeon remove your corrugators [the muscle thats give you  a frown angry look] from between your eyebrows? That could be the reason the space above the bridge of your nose looks widenened. That should improve with time as well, as those muscles usually do come back some. If you feel like there is fluid fluctuation in this region, you should see your surgeon.

The feature that strikes me even in your preop photo is that you have upper eyelid ptosis which gives you a tired, sleepy look. Your brow position does not seem that low to me.

You are looking at quite a bit of swelling after your forehead lift surgery. If the skin over your nose and between the brows is "floating" then fluid may be present.

The look is over-exaggerated - I assume that the lateral brows will come down with time; how much, depends very much on the technique used.

In short, you should contact your cosmetic surgeon to be assessed. He will also be in the unique position to answer your questions.

Don’t worry about the appearance of a brow lift after several days. It takes 3 months to really see the final effect and what you are seeing visually is often related to swelling and tissue trauma.
