What Can I Do if my Eyes and Eyebows Are Too Close Together? (Photo)

Looking at your photo, its not apparent to me that you have abnormally shaped eyebrows nor eyes. Every persons anatomy is a bit different and some have a wider placed orbits and others have more narrow orbits, which makes the eyes wider or narrower.

Changing the position of the orbits [what you are asking here] is an incredibly invasive, and high risk procedure that is performed only for congenital abnormalities, which you do not have.

Accepting your unique, and quite normal, individual features is the best approach for you. You have very natural looking brow and eyes.

While the limited scope of the picture provided does not allow for evaluation of the entire balance of your facial appearance, the brows and eyes do not appear to be outside of the range of normal positioning. A consultation with an experienced plastic surgeon may give you a better perspective on your appearance. I do not believe that any reasonable craniofacial surgeon would entertain orbital repositioning surgery to alter the appearance of the eyes and brows demonstrated in the photo as this is highly invasive surgery with significant chance of complications. 

 There is nothing that can be done for close set eyes lids and eyebrows. Total orbital reconstruction is out of the question to  even consider, so its best to just leave well enough alone.

Your eyebrow position looks like it is within normal limits. Everone is different in their genetic make up. You acn trin the brows if you want. There is no surgery designed to change their position that you described. Best Wishes.

Please consider grooming of the eye brows.  A nice effective appearance can be achieved with professional remodelling. As you age, you may nedd to be more open about a browlift and the significant improvement that can be gained.
