I have acromegaly. It has ruined my face. What can I do? (Photo)

I was diagnosed with acromegaly over two years ago, and had surgery to remove the adenoma a month after being diagnosed. I receive a monthly injection and take an oral medication to help keep my levels down. I really would like to look feminine again, but I am afraid of skin sagging after any procedure.

Revision jaw surgery after FFS surgery? I would wait 6 months before a revision. I am not a fan of mandible angle surgery based on my 43 years of FFS for most TG patients. Other surgeons however do it. Sees very experienced surgeon for this.
