Why am I so ugly? I think it might be my wide cheekbones or lower face fat but I really can't put my finger on it (photo)

when I clicked on your photos I expected to see someone as you described. Instead I saw a very pretty young female with a full face. You should have a NO surgery on your face because you will most likely end up with a poor results  that cannot be repaired. As you age you will need the fat in your face to look much younger that northern Europeans within thin skin. If you are overweight this can be improved slightly by weight loss. If not makeup and hair styling can enhance the beauty you already have.
