Exosomes stimulate existing follicular and epidermal  cells through intercellular signaling. This can induce follicles into the anagen stage as well as transform dormant stem cells into new follicular units. Exosomes have shown some effect on bald areas. However, The result is not uniform and seems to be dose-related. Not all Exosomes have the same composition and functional ability. It's important to pick a provider that uses a well-documented, safe product.

There is no evidence that Exosomes can stimulate new growth in a Class 7 patient. The hair follicles in a bald man are largely dormant.
