Thanks for your question. It's a good one! Because 30% TCA peel without numbing can burn quite a bit. But, unfortunately, no you cannot get the same effect of 10% 3 times. The peel works by penetrating deeply into the skin and the depth is related to the percentage of TCA. You will only get a very superficial peel (almost nothing more than a glycolic acid peel) with 10%, except you will just get that 3 times and I doubt much benefit by doing it so close together. You don't get any extra depth of peel each time. The best way to get a peel in the office is to go to a board certified plastic surgeon who does peel and uses nerve blocks. You do this by blocking the Supraorbital/Supratrochlear, Infraorbital, and Mental nerves as well as by using topical number cream. I also use a handheld fan for any burning that may cream through the nerve blocks that I've done, but find it is a very tolerable procedure this way. And, a very powerful procedure for skin health!
