Thanks for your query. Yes you can do 35% TCA peels one month apart for better results provided there is no sign of peeling or might end in Post inflammatory hypo pigmentation which takes a while to go. You can also alter your chemical peels with laser for evening out the texture. Hope it helps...

All my patients with deep peels get a silicone based scar gel with growth factors and b5 hyaluronic acid.  You should also use a petrolatum based ointment to the pink areas.  Please see your cosmetic dermatologist for appropriate follow up to ensure no scarring or hyperpigmentation.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Yes, TCA cross would work well with your skin type. This will require a series of treatments including the TCA cross with peels, fillers and possibly laser treatments (clear + Brilliant, aerolase etc).  I suggest a formal consultation.  Best, Dr. Emer.
