What should I do to help after tca cross 100% done 5 weeks ago and is still red? (photos)

TCA cross 100 % done in 2 ice pick scars before and it healed ok. Now TCA cross done 5 weeks ago, still super red, shiny red marks. I'd like to know what should be done to remove the blood red color since is a new mark. Should give a try hydrocortisone 1% during the night w/ antioxidants and chamomile, Bepanthen oil to moisturizer during the day and manuka honey. Arnica, camelia supplements. I rather start with natural remedies. Aloe vera plant w/ RF would help?Any laser IPL? Pulsed dye laser?
