this needs liposuction revision, non invasive options may help (ultrashape + velashape with Zwave) but do very little and take a series of treatments.  If you go to a practice that is dedicated to body sculpting and revision you will get improvement.  Best, Dr. Emer. 

What you describe is one of the most common undesirable outcomes following inner thigh liposuction. It is also a quite common outcome. Liposuction on the inner thighs is technically difficult and is prone to leave indentations in the central part of the inner thigh. The correct treatment option would be evening out the results with conservative liposuction above the indentation. It does appear that your left inner thigh is still larger than your right, so a revision on that side could be considered. This is something you have to work out with your plastic surgeon.  Great care should always be taken when performing liposuction on the inner thighs. I would agree with Dr. Hagstrom.  I don't think non-surgical treatments such as Coolsculpting or Ultrashape will give you as good a result as further conservative liposuctioning of the relatively prominent areas.  As Dr. Hagstrom pointed out, the skin in the inner thigh is thin, has poor elasticity, and is relatively unforgiving.  It appears that overall you have had a nice improvement.  Be careful not to push your surgeon beyond what can be reasonably achieved.  Best wishes, Dr. Lepore.
