I’m a 18 year old female, 5’3 weight 147.4 and African American. I have hips dips badly, what procedure will help me with that.

Dear Anonymous pretty,
it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Generally speaking, fat transfer is a great option for correction of hip dips. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back, hips and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

if you are more than 18 age and you have hipdips you may need to be evaluated for 360 liposuction and fat injection to the butt to achieve more hourglass shape. your shared photo is unfortunately inadequate for evaluation. for your information

There are two basic treatments for hip dips. Liposuction of the area just above the hip dips if sufficiently full can lessen them or potentially make them go away. Adding fat to the hip dips through fat transfer similar to a BBL can also do the job.

Your picture is in sufficient to make any type of assessment. You can’t take pictures in clothing because the clothing contribute to your body contouring. Pictures should be taking wearing undergarments including most of your torso and your thighs. They should include the front, side and rear views.

Hello! You can do a fat transfer to your hips. We would liposuction from a fatty area and put the fat in your hip dips. That'll get rid of them.
