based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. skin excess and looseness on the lower part of the bum (chicken butt deformity) is really hard to solve. during the bbl surgery as a rule all the fat grafts are injected to the top and sides of the bum. for that reason lower part of the bum may raise upward and make that deformity less. but usually this lifting effect is not enough unfortunately
