I’m not sure when my buttocks took this weird shape but I developed a chicken butt along with a squared gluteal fold. What procedure is recommended for this?
Answer: BBL candidate Dear Milanni10, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Will a BBL help with square/chicken butt fold? (Photo) Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Yes, it will! Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)

Answer: A problem hard to solve skin excess and looseness on the lower part of the bum (chicken butt deformity) is really hard to solve. during the bbl surgery as a rule all the fat grafts are injected to the top and sides of the bum. for that reason lower part of the bum may raise upward and make that deformity less. but usually this lifting effect is not enough unfortunately

Answer: Chicken butt a.k.a. dirty diaper bottom To correct your condition you need a tuck which entails removing a section of skin. This procedure does leave a scar but I can often be well hidden. The best description of the procedure I’ve seen to date is Dr. Mendieta who refers to the procedure as the Miami thong lift. He describes the procedure very well on one of his YouTube videos. I suggest checking that out to get a better understanding of treatment options. Adding fat is not going to make the situation better. There is however a good treatment option. My best guess is that some plastic surgeons will have significantly more experience with this condition than others so I would shop around and make sure you find someone who has experience with doing this before.
